What to visit in Agadir?

Located on the Atlantic coast 175 km south of Essaouira, Agadir is among the most visited cities in Morocco. And for good reason! Its long sunny beaches, commercial effervescence and cultural dynamism have what it takes to seduce tourists. Overview of activities to absolutely do if you plan to visit Morocco and go to this city. It's not for nothing that Agadir is Morocco's first seaside resort. Bathed almost all year round by sunlight, its fine sandy beaches, its seafront promenade and its lively port are among the city's must-sees. Agadir is first and foremost an impressive beach over 7 km long. Protected by the bay, its calm and crystalline waters are an invitation to swimming, regardless of the season. Other beaches exist on the outskirts of the city, some of which, beaten by the winds, delight surfers. For a full taste of the sunset spectacle over the ocean, we cannot recommend enough the long promenade laid out on the shore and which runs from the marina to the south of Agadir. Exclusively pedestrian and lined with restaurants, bars and shops, it is conducive to shopping and strolling. By traveling along the waterfront, don't miss pushing to the port, especially if you are a lover of maritime products. Indeed, many restaurants offer seafood and freshly caught fish dishes at very affordable costs.
