General terms and conditions of our services
I. General Provisions
I.1 The Client acknowledges having read the general terms and conditions of NounouPrestige applicable to the Order placed by the Client and having accepted them without reservation. NounouPrestige reserves the right to amend these general terms and conditions, subject to informing Clients individually.
I.2 The services offered by NounouPrestige consist in providing personal services, and in particular family services. These Services are described on the website www.nounouprestige.com.
II. Description of the Services
The Services entrusted by the Client to NounouPrestige are detailed in the order. This Order describes in particular the price of the Service and the terms of performance of the Services relating to duration, schedule and place of performance.
III. Price and Payment Terms
III.1 The flat, firm and final price of the Services is set in accordance with the price shown on the website www.nounouprestige.com. This price is inclusive of all taxes. The price is payable upon the Order.

III.2 The Provider reserves the right to unilaterally modify the price of the Services at any time, in particular in the event of an increase in costs, it being understood that in the event of a price increase after the Order, only the price set on the day of that Order shall apply to the Client.
IV. Conclusion and Performance of the Order
Conclusion
The Order is definitively concluded on the date of its signature by the Client, who submits it to NounouPrestige. Any request to modify the Services ordered by the Client must be submitted to NounouPrestige for acceptance.
Performance
NounouPrestige undertakes to provide the requested Services in accordance with these general terms and conditions and the terms set out in the Order. NounouPrestige undertakes not to disclose information relating to the Client or their property to which it may have had access during the performance of the Services.
V. Provision of Staff
To carry out the Services, NounouPrestige will assign one of its employees to the Client. NounouPrestige employees remain under the authority of NounouPrestige, which will provide them with the equipment necessary to perform the Services.
Coordination
General coordination is provided by the management team of NounouPrestige.
NounouPrestige reserves the right to replace the employee performing the Services at the Client’s premises with any other person possessing the same skills if it deems necessary. It will notify the Client without delay.
VI. Liability and Force Majeure
The Provider cannot be held liable in the event of non-performance or improper performance of its obligations due either to the actions of the Client, to the insurmountable and unforeseeable act of a third party, or to a case of force majeure.
VII. Dispute Resolution
Complaint Procedure
Any complaint must be addressed to NounouPrestige. If the complaint is unsuccessful, the Client may submit the dispute to a mediator who will attempt, in complete independence and impartiality, to bring the parties together in order to reach an amicable solution.
Jurisdiction
In the absence of an amicable agreement, all disputes or litigation concerning the interpretation and performance of the Services or the Order shall fall within the jurisdiction, at the claimant’s choice, of the court of the defendant’s place of residence or of the place of performance of the Services.
